This policy explains how Wapi Bricks 2 LLC (“Wapi Bricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, shop with us, sell a LEGO collection, contact us, or use our Wish List and loyalty features.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup information, order details, LEGO collection descriptions and uploaded files, Wish List item numbers, communication preferences, and loyalty-account information. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.

How we use information

We use information to process orders and payments, provide shipping or pickup, respond to questions and collection offers, operate Wish Lists and inventory alerts, verify accounts, apply loyalty rewards, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain records, and improve our services.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help operate our business, including Square for checkout, payments, orders, and loyalty rewards; Twilio for phone verification and text alerts; Resend for email delivery; OpenAI for AI chat responses; and our website hosting and storage providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

AI support chat

Our chat assistant is automated. Chat messages and relevant product information are sent to OpenAI to generate and review replies. If you request an order or rewards lookup while signed in, limited information from your verified account may be included to answer your question; we do not intentionally send your shipping address or payment credentials to the AI. When website measurement is enabled, we record chat opens, anonymous browser and conversation identifiers, message and reply counts, errors, and messages submitted to our team to measure chat usage. These analytics do not contain chat text, names, email addresses, or IP addresses. Our measurement opt-out and Global Privacy Control apply. Chat history is kept in the open chat window and is cleared when it closes. If you choose to send a message to our team, you can review the message and choose whether to include the chat transcript. Those submitted messages and files are handled like other support inquiries. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or sensitive personal information in chat.

Payments

Card and payment credentials are entered directly into Square’s secure payment experience and are not stored by Wapi Bricks. We receive order, payment-status, customer, and fulfillment information needed to complete the transaction.

Uploaded files

Files submitted through our Contact or Sell LEGO forms are stored while your message is prepared and sent to our team. Collection files may also be made available to our buying team through private links for up to 90 days. Temporary files are removed after delivery or expiration, depending on the submission method. Please do not upload sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification information.

Wish List, loyalty, and text messages

When you use the Wish List or loyalty features, we use your verified phone number to locate and protect your account and to connect eligible Square loyalty information. With your consent, we may send automated inventory alerts. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Cookies and security

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, Wish List sign-in, and related account features working. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including secure session cookies, request limits, signed integrations, and server-side validation. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Advertising measurement

We retain advertising click identifiers, campaign information, and referral sources for up to 90 days in your browser to understand which advertising leads to collection inquiries and purchases. When you contact us, that information may be attached to your inquiry and transaction records. We may share advertising click identifiers and collection transaction outcomes with Google to measure and improve our advertising. Our collection conversion feed does not include your collection photos, messages, name, email, or phone number.

We also use Google Analytics to measure website activity and online purchases, including transaction IDs, purchased items, currency, and order values. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, shipping addresses, or payment credentials to Google Analytics. Our measurement opt-out and Global Privacy Control apply to this website tracking.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, complete transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.

Your choices

You may remove Wish List items, stop text alerts by replying STOP, and request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. Certain transaction records may be retained when required by law.

Children

Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
